Rules and Responsibilities
All children must be strictly supervised and remain with parents or guardians at all times during functions. No liability will be taken.

The Hirer is responsible for any loss or damage inflicted on the venue or equipment during the period of hire.
Kaban Heights is careful when looking after its guests and their belongings however we cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any property of guests during the duration of the stay.

Kaban Heights will not be liable for any failure or delay caused by an event such as fire, flood, cyclone, storm or power outage that occurs beyond the reasonable control of Kaban Heights by the Pines. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred or for consequential loss of any nature.

Kaban Heights by the Pines have a strict “return it how you found it” policy. Please ensure rubbish is stacked, cans and bottles are either removed or stacked and the area is tidy. We will charge a cleaning fee if we deem it unclean.​​
Whilst we have our cattle behind fences and yards, should you wish to interact with our livestock, we take no responsibility for damages.
